The successful bidder will demonstrate strong design and technical capabilities, a clear understanding of UX best practices, and the ability to deliver within agreed timelines and budget.

About The Wheel

The Wheel is Ireland’s national association of charities, community groups and social enterprises. Our membership includes over 2,500 organisations, ranging from large national charities and overseas development NGOs to small community groups and local social enterprises.

Scope of Work:

• Design and development of the website
• Migration of existing content and integration of new features
• CRM-to-CMS integration for seamless data and user flow
• SEO optimisation and accessibility compliance
• Ongoing support and maintenance options.
