Prosper Fingal | North County Dublin

Contracts: Permanent or Specified Purpose

Hours: 35–39 hours per week

Salary: €38,333 – €55,244 (FTE)

Actual salary will be pro rata based on contracted hours (35–39 hours per week).

About Us

Prosper Fingal supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full, independent, and connected lives. We are now recruiting Social Care Workers across multiple Day Service locations in North County Dublin.

Important Note on CORU Registration

CORU registration is mandatory for all Social Care Worker positions.

Newly qualified graduates may apply, but full CORU registration must be in place before an offer of employment can be accepted.

The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will support service users to:

  • Build independence and daily living skills
  • Participate in community, creative, and social activities
  • Develop confidence, wellbeing, and meaningful relationships

You will be part of a professional, person-centred, and supportive team committed to delivering high-quality services.

Requirements

  • QQI Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or related field
  • CORU registration (essential)
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Full, clean manual driving licence
  • Experience in disability services (desirable)
  • Knowledge of New Directions (advantageous)
