Over the past 10 years, CCI has led successful recruitment campaigns for a wide variety of non-profit organisations throughout Ireland including Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Children’s Health Foundation, Women’s Aid, Irish Council for Civil Liberties, Cork Simon, the Butler Gallery, the Abbey Theatre, Helium and FoodCloud to name just a few!
About the Role
CCI is now seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work directly with many different organisations in the non-profit sector throughout Ireland, to support them to recruit and retain great people. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Recruitment Officer will work closely with the current team and with clients and candidates, representing the values, vision, and purpose of CCI with confidence and professionalism.
The core focus of the role will be to deliver high-quality, tailored recruitment campaigns and bespoke searches, informed by a deep understanding of each client’s mission, culture and specific requirements. Roles will vary from entry level to management appointments, across a wide variety of clients ranging from health and welfare to arts and education.
This is a varied role and involves everything from liaising with clients, leading recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including screening candidates, developing shortlists, coordinating interviews and managing final negotiations to secure new members for our clients’ teams. The main priority of CCI is that every candidate and client has an excellent experience from start to finish.
Additional duties will include acting as a first point of contact for prospective clients and candidates, supporting the development of proposals and tender responses, and providing cover for the administrator as required.
If you’re a proactive, efficient and highly organised individual, with previous experience in recruitment, client engagement and/or project management, and a genuine interest in supporting the non-profit sector, this could be the role for you!
