We are now inviting applications from committed and compassionate Psychotherapists to join our expanding Therapy Team.

About the Role

As a Psychotherapist with DRCC, you will provide face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy for those who have experienced sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse, rape, or sexual assault. This role involves working directly with women in custody in the Dochas Centre, delivering high-quality therapeutic support in a sensitive, trauma-informed way.

Reporting to the Therapy Services Manager, you will be part of a team working to support recovery, build resilience, and promote healing after sexual violence.

This is a permanent, part-time position (3 days per week):

  • 2 days per week based in the Dochas Centre, working directly with clients
  • 1 day per week based at DRCC Head Office

About You

We are seeking a qualified Psychotherapist who brings professionalism, empathy, and a strong commitment to trauma-informed practice.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum: Degree qualification in adult psychotherapy
  • Full accreditation with IAHIP or IACP or ICP at the time of application
  • Experience working therapeutically with adults
