Full time role delivering high-quality, curriculum-based RSE programmes combined with daily administrative/operation support
Relationship Care is an Irish registered charity providing marriage and relationship care across the lifespan – curriculum-based relationship sexuality education (RSE) programmes for young people, marriage preparation and education programmes and marriage and relationship counselling for couples and individuals experiencing challenges in their relationships.
The Education Centre by Relationship Care delivers a range of high-quality education programmes for young people and parents to support them to develop happy and healthy relationships.
This exciting new full time role will contribute not only to the delivery of high-quality, curriculum-based RSE programmes and parent supports, but also to the day-to-day administrative and organisational functions that keep our team and services running smoothly. The role also provides the opportunity to develop informative content for Relationship Care's new website and social media channels (launching Q1 2026) and related promotion projects for which training and ongoing support is provided.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent organisational, communication and administration skills who are passionate about working with young people, confident in delivering sensitive content in an engaging and age-appropriate way, and who are also skilled in providing day to day operational support to a busy and growing organisation.
Role Details:
Salary Range: €30,000 – €40,000 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional evening availability required)
Location: Based in our Dublin office and hybrid, with travel to schools across the Greater Dublin area
Travel Expenses provided (a full clean driving license is required of the role)
