How to Develop an AI Policy

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming how we work, but how can your organisation harness its benefits while staying ethical, transparent, and safe?

Join this practical webinar designed specifically for community and voluntary organisations. You will learn the key steps to developing an AI policy that protects your organisation, builds trust, and ensures responsible use of emerging technologies.

According to The Wheel’s latest member survey, nearly one in five members is already using AI in their work. Yet, fewer than 6% of these organisations have a formal AI policy in place to shield them from potential risks.

This webinar will guide you through a strategic, ethical, and practical approach to developing an AI policy for your organisation.

You’ll learn how to create a governance framework that ensures AI is used safely, responsibly, and in line with your mission.

We’ll explore five key principles to shape your policy:

  1. Human agency and oversight
  2. Privacy and data governance
  3. Transparency and accountability
  4. Cybersecurity and fraud prevention
  5. Sustainability and societal well-being.

This will provide you with a solid foundation to develop an AI use policy for your organisation.

This webinar is free for members, but registration is essential.
