Position Overview:

This is a varied and rewarding part-time role for an organised, proactive professional who enjoys working across operations, finance, and governance in a small, purpose-driven team.
As Office Support & Finance Officer, you’ll be a trusted linchpin for the organisation—supporting financial processes, maintaining core systems, and ensuring the office and governance operates seamlessly. You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders, playing a key role in enabling good decision-making, strong compliance, and an efficient, well-supported team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is comfortable juggling priorities in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to bring structure, improve processes, and contribute meaningfully, all within a part-time schedule that supports work–life balance.

Some of the tasks included in the role but not exhaustive:
Finance, Operations and Governance tasks
- Finance
- Liaise with accountant for monthly accounts preparation
- Monthly invoicing and associated supplier set up tasks
- Liaising with auditors for annual audit
- Monitoring and updating on Salesforce to ensure pipeline invoices are accurate (in-house salesforce training will be provided)
- Operations
- Lead contact for systems including Salesforce
- Monitoring equipment
- Assist new starter set up when new member joins the team
- Manage meeting room bookings
- General office support and admin as required by the team
- Organise Team Meeting days
- Governance
- CRA filings
- CRO signatures and liaising with Company Secretary
- Formatting governance code policies as required
- Assist with Board/Committees/AGM preparation & follow up
- Minute taking at board meetings
- AGM coordination
- Assist with preparation of Board Packs
- Assist the CEO with day to day tasks
This is a part-time role | 5 mornings per week preferred
Part-time, remote working with one monthly in-person meeting in Dublin)
Pro-rata salary is €16,000
