National Deputy Finance Coordinator

(Part-Time, 21 hours per week) 
Hybrid role (Following Successful Induction period) Office time based in WCI Dublin Central Office, Weaver Court, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

This position offers an opportunity to work as part of the National Team of WCI in a feminist organisation that supports women’s equality and empowerment both nationally and locally. Employed by the WCI Board of Directors, the Deputy Finance Coordinator will support the implementation of efficient and effective financial systems, processes and procedures. 

The successful candidate will have:

· A relevant third level qualification in Finance or Accounting, Minimum of Level 7

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in accounting or financial management role.

· Excellent understating of processing financial systems, controls and procedures.

· Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy aptitude

· An ability to prioritise, plan ahead and manage a diverse workload within tight deadlines.

· Strong skills in advanced Excel and experience of Microsoft Office 365.

· Ability to work on own initiative and to work as part of a team, using collaborative approaches.

The salary for the post is €46,0000 (pro rata) 1st point of WCI National Middle Manager salary scale.
