The Irish Green Building Council (IGBC) is looking for a Membership Engagement Manager to help shape the next stage of our growing membership community.

This is a key role focused on member experience, engagement, retention and growth, working closely across our events, education, communications and marketing programmes. You’ll have the opportunity to help strengthen how our 480+ corporate members connect with IGBC’s work, programmes and wider network. 

We’re looking for someone who is:
 ✨ Strong at building relationships
 📊 Comfortable working with membership data, CRM and processes
 🤝 Experienced in membership management or business development
 🌱 Interested in sustainability and the built environment
 🚀 Able to think strategically while getting things done operationally

The role also offers potential progression to a director-level position, depending on performance and responsibilities.

📍 Dublin | Full-time | Hybrid/flexible working available after probation
 💶 €50,000–€59,000 depending on experience
