Croí now wishes to recruit an Individual Giving Manager to join its busy and ambitious fundraising team.
Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 dependent on experience.
Contract: This is a full-time, permanent role with a 6-month probationary period.
Location: Hybrid - the successful candidate can work remotely and plan to come to Croí House in Galway approximately 3 times per month.
ABOUT CROÍ
Croí is an award-winning, not-for-profit, Heart & Stroke Foundation based in Galway, Ireland.
For over 40 years, Croí has served the community in the West of Ireland. From its early years of fundraising to establishing cardiac surgery services, it is now focused on improving overall cardiovascular health, in particular, serving those who are at risk of heart disease or stroke and supporting those who have experienced these events in their recovery.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Croí now wishes to recruit an Individual Giving Manager to join its busy and ambitious fundraising team. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, the Individual Giving Manager will build on the work undertaken over the past 18 months to grow individual donations and regular giving income through direct mail, digital activity and in-person engagement. This role has significant scope to further develop and strengthen Croí’s individual giving programme.
The successful candidate will bring experience from the non-profit sector, with a strong background in developing and delivering individual donor and direct marketing programmes, including regular giving and stewardship. Experience of managing face-to-face fundraising activity and working with third-party suppliers would be a distinct advantage, as a key priority of the role will be leading Croí’s first face-to-face fundraising campaign.
The Individual Giving Manager will work across a diverse range of donor acquisition and retention projects and will be responsible for developing and implementing annual plans to achieve income, expenditure and engagement targets. Strong analytical skills are essential, including experience of donor data segmentation and performance tracking.
As part of a small and collaborative fundraising team, the Individual Giving Manager will also be expected to support wider fundraising events and campaigns from time to time, playing an integral role in the team’s overall success.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, data-driven individual giving or direct marketing professional who is to further develop their career in the non-profit sector. If you are an organised, analytical and creative thinker with relevant non-profit experience, we would be delighted to hear from you.
