Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity dedicated to providing nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution and human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Founded in 1989, we are proud to be recognised as the Charity of the Year 2024 award winners. Our organisation brings extensive expertise in delivering a wide range of specialist, holistic support services. These services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Additionally, we advocate for policy changes that support and protect women. We collaborate closely with the nonprofit sector to address domestic, sexual and gender-based violence, and we are delighted to be charity partner with the GAA for 2024.

Reporting to and deputising for the CEO, this role has a number of direct reports and encompasses leadership and oversight of all Ruhama’s service provision to those impacted by prostitution and human trafficking for sexual exploitation. The Head of Services will support the CEO in planning to ensure the organisation structure and accountabilities are aligned with strategic and operational requirements, implementing improvements and changes as required.

A competitive salary scale of €81,000 to €88,000 per annum applies, depending on relevant experience. 

It is intended to schedule interviews for this role in the week commencing 12th January 2026.
