Head of Human Resources

CareGivers Ireland is seeking an experienced, values-driven Head of Human Resources to join our Senior Management Team.

This is a pivotal leadership role for an HR professional who wants to build, shape and lead a modern HR function within a long-established, regulated, not-for-profit organisation delivering home support and Meals on Wheels across Ireland.

Working closely with the CEO, SMT, Board and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead HR strategy, organisational development, employee relations and governance during a period of growth and transformation in the home care sector.
