Finance Manager - iCare Housing, Dublin City Centre

Lead finance operations, reporting, and strategy in a growing social housing organisation. ACCA  ACA, CPA (or equivalent) with 2+ years post qualification experience.

What You'll do

• Lead day to day finance operations(Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Cashflow )
• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets in collaboration with senior management and monitor performance against targets.
• Manage all tax compliance returns of the organisation both periodically and annually. This includes Vat, LPT, RCT and PAYE returns.
• Present timely financial reports and insights for the CEO, Board and Audit & Risk Committee

What You'll Bring 

• ACCA (or equivalent) qualified accountant.
• 2+ years post qualification experience.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent IT and systems knowledge.
