Join Our Team as a Counselling Coordinator

Location: Arklow/Bray (Co-located)
Hours: Two part-time positions (20 hours each, over 3-4 days)
Schedule: Set days, one evening shift, and Saturday work
Reporting to: Clinical Manager

Living Life Counselling is seeking accredited (or nearly accredited) psychotherapists and counsellors (IAHIP, IACP, or equivalent) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting volunteer counsellors and ensuring clients receive the highest quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Support Volunteers: Guide and mentor our team of qualified, accredited, and trainee counsellors. Assist with orientation, training, and policy compliance.
• Work with Clients: Conduct initial assessments, manage client intake, and match clients with counsellors. Handle emergency assessments when needed.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain client records, manage correspondence, and ensure the centre is secure during evening shifts.
