Community Centre Manager 

We’re seeking an organised Manager to lead Butler Community Centre, a charity, with facilities management at its core. This is a truly multi-functional role covering operations, HR, finance, health & safety, compliance, charity and board governance, partnerships, and community engagement. You’ll bring outstanding all-round leadership, combining hands-on delivery to funders expectations. 

You will expedite Butler Community Centre’s vision for the future; a centre providing facilities and programmes for the community in Saint John’s Park, Kilcohan and the Sacred Heart Parish area. Skills and Experience Proven management experience in a not-for-profit (essential) 

Strong facilities or operations background (essential) Financial and administrative competence Understanding of governance and compliance Ability to manage multiple functions in a busy, demanding environment
