Communications & Marketing Manager
Deliver integrated communications, digital campaigns, PR, and brand positioning to support fundraising efforts and to advocacy on homelessness.
CONTRACT: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent role with occasional out-of-hours availability, subject to a 6-month probation period.
SALARY: €47,500 - €65,000 depending on experience.
LOCATION: The role is based at 5 Red Cow Lane, Smithfield, Dublin 7. Hybrid working arrangements are currently 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must be living in the greater Dublin area due to the nature of the work, as they may be required on-site to deal with urgent matters, should they arise.
ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Dublin Simon Community provide services to over 7,600 people and families each year across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The organisation is focused on providing supportive services at all stages of homelessness and to people living in despair, enabling them to rebuild their lives and empower them to secure a safe home of their own.
THE ROLE
Dublin Simon are seeking a highly organised and versatile Communications & Marketing Manager who is passionate about communications and takes a holistic approach to marketing, with a focus on leading and executing the organisation’s marketing strategies, strengthening our online presence, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
This role is a core part of the Dublin Simon Communications and Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Communications & Marketing Manager and managing a team of three to deliver integrated communications, digital campaigns, PR, and brand positioning to support fundraising efforts and to advocacy on homelessness. The role balances strategy with execution and requires a leader comfortable in both.
