Are you passionate about storytelling, intercultural learning, and volunteering? EIL / AFS Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic **Communications and Volunteer Manager** to shape our narrative, engage communities, and expand our volunteer network across Ireland. 

 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively share our mission and impact. 
- Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and other outreach materials. 
- Strengthen engagement across digital and traditional media platforms to raise awareness and grow participation. 
- Represent EIL / AFS Ireland at events, enhancing visibility and strengthening partnerships. 
- Build and support a vibrant volunteer network, fostering community engagement and collaboration. 
- Lead outreach initiatives to attract and empower volunteers in delivering meaningful programmes.
