The Salesians of Don Bosco are seeking to recruit their first ever lay CEO.
About The Role
Following an organisation-wide review, the Salesians of Don Bosco Ireland have approved the creation of the first Chief Executive Officer position within the organisation, marking a pivotal moment in shaping their future direction. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to maximise revenue streams and to deliver the faith based and social enterprise goals of the organisation. The CEO will provide the highest level of operational leadership, ensuring robust governance and long-term stability of the organisation.
They will build strong, trusted partnerships across Salesian communities, the Pallaskenry Agricultural College and farm, the Mission Office, secondary schools and all affiliated organisations, strengthening cohesion and shared purpose in order to achieve the Salesians of Don Bosco strategic objectives in accordance with its vision, core purpose and ethos.
This role calls for an ambitious, empathetic and commercially minded leader who is deeply committed to supporting young people, and who has the strategic capability to guide the organisation confidently through its next chapter of growth and change.
