Bridge to Work Officer

Ruhama are recruiting for a candidate to join Bridge to Work Programme to support service users to obtain meaningful employment

Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution, human trafficking for sexual exploitation and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Founded in 1989, our organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services. Our services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects women. 

The Bridge to Work Programme (BTW) is an innovative programme where service users are supported to obtain meaningful employment. The BTW Officer will be based in Dublin and will assist the BTW Lead to support service users to gain paid work placements and employment, and to support them to maintain employment and/or progress in their careers. 

Details 

  • Part-Time role - 20 hours per week 
  • Competitive Salary Scale - €35,256 – €47,935
