Associate Quality Specialists

We are currently seeking to expand our panel of Associate Quality Specialists to support the work of our Nova Youth Mental Health Programme.

CDI is recruiting Associate Quality Specialists (AQS)  to join our existing panel to work with CDI on a consultancy basis, giving you the flexibility to take on work with us when it suits you to do so and when the work inspires you!  

We are seeking AQSs with a range of skillsets including:

  • Parent Engagement
  • Service Evaluation, Consultation and Research
  • Literacy and STEAM
  • Restorative Practices
  • Speech and Language
  • Youth Mental Health
  • Additional Needs (including Neurodiversity).

The following terms and conditions apply:

Successful applicants will be expected to complete a two-hour induction with CDI (unpaid).

Specific pieces of work or projects will be agreed as they evolve.

Payment will be €39 per hour, plus travel costs as agreed (Mileage costs are paid from your home address or CDI, whichever is nearest).

CDI takes a competency-based approach to our recruitment processes, and the interview will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and experience.

This position is only open to candidates who are eligible to live and work in Ireland.
