Are you a certified coach with a passion for empowering neurodivergent adults? We are seeking a dedicated Adult Dyslexia Coach to join our national office team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver a coaching service that helps dyslexic adults harness their strengths, build confidence, and navigate the workplace and education sectors with success.

The role involves delivering one-to-one, solution-focused coaching sessions (2–6 sessions per participant) focusing on individualised strategies for organisation, communication, career development and self-advocacy. Beyond direct coaching, you will also help develop resources and guidance for employers and educators to foster more inclusive environments using coaching approaches.
