Developing A Volunteer Strategy For Your Organisation

A strong volunteering strategy helps your organisation attract, support, recognise, and keep volunteers. It also ensures their contributions match your mission and goals.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the purpose and benefits of creating a volunteering strategy for your organisation.

You’ll learn what works best and explore the right approach. Drawing on your experience as a leader, we’ll talk about how you can inspire others and build a successful volunteering strategy.

We’ll provide support and guidance to help you create a volunteering strategy that fits your organisation.
