Meet Your Presenters
Johnny Sheehan is The Wheel’s Member Engagement Manager. He works to ensure all our members are supported to work more effectively at a local, regional and national level. Johnny supports the public policy team to represent our members’, and the wider sector’s, shared interests. He has more than 25 years’ experience working in the development, youth work and environmental sectors and have served as a trustee on a number of charity boards. Johnny has a Law Society certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance.
Maria Casey is the Membership and Accounts Officer at The Wheel. She joined The Wheel in August 2021 and helps members with their application to join our membership community from start to finish. Maria assists with the accounts and helps all members of The Wheel on their membership administration, queries and needs. Maria's previous experience involved working in the charity and voluntary sector in arts and culture, working on festivals and events. Her qualifications include an MA in Arts Policy, BA in Human Resource Management and BA in Fine Art.
