“Helena has held mindfulness and creative team activities for my teams over the years. From onsite back in the day of Giddy Studios in Dundrum to virtual during COVID to in the office. Each time Helena has done an amazing job and the feedback from the teams has been fantastic. I look forward to many more events with Helena.”

“Helena’s professionalism and warm personality is a winning combination for providing this wellness support for staff in the post-pandemic environment. Those who had experience or interest in mindfulness were able to access its benefits very quickly. Those who had no experience and might have been wary or sceptical were put at ease and could take part as little or as much as they wished.”
