Special Requirements at Training & Events

Please email eileen@wheel.ie if you have any special requirements. Examples include dietary restrictions, requests for closed captions, Irish Sign Language interpretation, communications materials that are easy to read and to understand, whether you will bring a support person, if a service animal will attend, or a need for a wheelchair accessible venue. 

We will treat any personal or medical information confidentially and will confirm arrangements with you before the event. 

We'll do our best to accommodate your requirements and ask that you provide at least one week’s notice to allow us time to do that.

We try to ensure that all venues for in-person events are wheelchair accessible, but on the rare occasion this isn't possible, we will make that clear in the event details.
