Festina Lente—an organisation internationally recognised for its innovative work in equine-assisted learning, social enterprise, and inclusive development, are pleased to announce the launch of a series of innovative Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programmes designed to support leadership development, enhance wellbeing, and provide impactful Continuing Professional Development (CPD) masterclasses.
Grounded in equine-assisted learning (EAL), these workshops offers immediate, non-verbal feedback through interaction with equines—highly attuned animals that respond to authenticity, clarity, and consistency. This creates powerful insights, enabling participants to understand how their presence, intent, and behaviour directly influence trust, and conversely, their relationships with self and with others. Through experiential, hands-on engagement with horses, participants build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and resilience in a unique outdoor setting.
