Conscious, Constructive Conversations Concerning Challenges, Conflict and Change.

Free Zoom Webinar Monday 7 June 7pm – 8.30pm.

In the latest Webinar in this series regarding Sustainable Relationships and Resolving Conflict we shall be looking at what many say is the last dying art of popular culture – that of communication and conversation.

It is said that the only constant in the Universe is change, but have you noticed that when we get into conflict with each other in all kinds of relationships that we tend to focus on either Fixing or Changing each other rather than focusing on the change that is needed to make things better for all involved.

In this Webinar we shall be looking at four essential ingredients that facilitate successful conversations regarding challenges and conflicts in relationships that allow greater understanding, acceptance, and agreement in finding win win solutions:

  • Effective Talking
  • Effective Listening
  • Effective Processing
  • Effecting Change

In particular we shall explore the power of being more conscious about what we communicate, how we communicate it, when we communicate it and why we communicate it. Plus, how we receive what is communicated and how we can find better ways of processing that information and responding effectively and constructively.
