As you know, this is an in-person event, with a hybrid option.
On Friday 22 April 2022, the AIB Research Centre on Inclusive and Equitable Cultures (RINCE) is organising a day-long, hybrid conference entitled ‘Equity and Inclusion for All: An Intersectoral Approach.’ The purpose of the conference is to provide a space for NGOs, charities, businesses and SMEs, educational institutions, academics, etc. to come together to explore an ‘intersectoral’ approach to equality, diversity and inclusion, i.e. an approach that brings together multiple sectors and stakeholders. We will explore the challenges and benefits to working on equity and inclusion across different sectors, and reflect on the future possibilities of this work. We will conclude with a practical workshop exploring the ‘how-to’ of working intersectorally for equity and inclusion for all.
