Come along to this fun-filled day and experience a sport for all ages that combine football and golf into a fantastic activity, suitable for work colleagues, friends, and families.

Help raise funds for Adult Mental Health Recovery Educational Courses such as: -
Song Craft: - The participants have just completed this 6-week creative course. They learned with and from each other by expressing themselves through the art of song writing, and built confidence through playing together. They composed the lyrics and melody to a song and performed it at our latest coffee morning.
- 2 courses for the Autumn season consisting of 6 weeks, 2 hours per week for 20 participants. (“Act the Maggot” expressing yourself through Drama; “Infected with Happiness” expressing yourself through Art)
- Ongoing monthly coffee mornings where a social space is provided for the community to come together and have a chat. Guest speakers will share their own experiences on how they have learned to overcome their personal challenges. Experience taster sessions of upcoming courses. (Trialogue) an open dialogue inclusive discussion.
