Bill Digest for the Charities (Amendment) Bill 2023 Published
The Oireachtas Library and Research Service has published the Bill Digest for the Charities (Amendment) Bill 2023.
The Charities (Amendment) Bill 2023 makes amendments to the Charities Act 2009 in respect of accounting, audit and reporting requirements, responsibilities of trustees and the operation of the Register of Charities.
