Member Q&A

What is your goal?

Our vision is for every child and young person with autism to thrive in a society where Autism is embraced and understood.  Our mission is to ensure that children with autism experience the joy of childhood and reach their full potential in life. We do this by providing an holistic community of support for children and young people. We bring services and social groups under one roof and embrace the whole support system for the child, providing training and advice for families, teachers and the wider community.

How have you been working towards it?

We have completed our Strategic plan with a very clear pathway of how we will achieve our goals. We have established ourselves a s a professional provider of services to families. We have increased our staff and volunteer presence. We have grown our offerings to families added extra workshops and supports for the child and teens journey.

How has being a member of The Wheel helped?

It has helped us hugely; we have received lots of help through webinars and access to information. We were a successful winner of the Charity Impact awards 2018 and we have received regular emails and updates with relevant information.

How can people support you?

Sharing our Media platforms so interested funders can view us, share us to Philanthropy funders that may support us, share our news and posts. We are eager to receive funding long-term.

Do you have any success stories to share?

We have 2 lovely stories on our website that show the importance of our services through the eyes of the receiving families and these can be seen clearly on the site.
