Empower is hiring a Social Prescriber with a track record of working with disadvantaged communities to deliver programmes to improve the health and wellbeing of people from the designated area of disadvantage, Mulhuddart. The social prescriber will complete registrations, initial assessments, and act as a social prescriber. Garda Vetting, a full clean driver’s license and access to your own transport is essential for this role. 

This is a permanent role (subject to funding) for 35 hours per week.
