The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Regular Giving Acquisition Manager to join our Fundraising team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in Oxfam Ireland’s regular giving segment through strategic investment in face-to-face fundraising, with a particular focus on high quality and best in class door to door fundraising, private sites, and two step acquisition.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly experienced people manager with a track record of leading high performing and successful teams
  • Proven expertise in regular giving acquisition and face to face fundraising, digital acquisition and telemarketing 
  • Experience in setting, developing and managing budgets
  • Experience in management of agency contacts and third-party vendors
  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework related to fundraising in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection and its relation to data management of donor data and employee data
