About the Role:
This is a full-time role where you will be working closely with our Project Management and Solutions teams, to deliver high quality, on time and on budget CRM solutions to Non-profit clients of all sizes.
You’ll report into our Project Delivery Manager, working on a hybrid basis, attending our Dublin 7 office a minimum of 2 days a week. The main focus of this role will be:
- To act as Project Manager on designated CRM implementation and Discovery projects (80%).
- Support the work of the Projects Management Office in ensuring processes are followed correctly for project delivery in the organisation (10%).
General administration/Team Meetings (10%).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Take delivery of the project from the Business Development Team.
- Agree resourcing with the Project Delivery Manager and Solutions Manager.
- Produce and maintain a project plan with milestones and deliverables that are agreed with the client.
- Manage the risk register for the project.
- Manage change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on the project schedule and budget.
- Ensure that all resources (consultant, developer, data, documentation, and training) are available at the agreed times.
- Monitor the delivery of the project to ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Monitor the project time/budget and alert the Project Delivery Manager if they are likely to be exceeded to help them resolve the issue.
- Manage stakeholder relations and organise and attend internal and external meetings to ensure the smooth running and hand over of the project.
- Alert the Solutions Manager and Project Delivery Manager of any slowdown in the project or need for extra resources.
- Coordinate project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Project Management Office
- Assist with the creation of templates/procedures/reports as requested.
- Deputise for the Project Delivery Manager when required.
- Support with building and maintaining client relationships.
- Share the promotion of the overall Enclude programmes.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Actively participate in the core Enclude team to develop Enclude’s capacity to better deliver our mission.
- Any other tasks, consistent with your position, as requested by Project Delivery Manager or the Enclude Solutions Manager.
Other Duties
- Support with building and maintaining client relationships.
- Share the promotion of the overall Enclude programmes.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Actively participate in the core Enclude team to develop Enclude’s capacity to better deliver our mission.
- Any other tasks, consistent with your position, as requested by Project Delivery Manager or the Enclude Solutions Manager.
Requirements:
Essential
- Strong, proven project management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a constructive and approachable manner.
- A suitable business management / project management qualification / degree.
- Good conceptual understanding of business systems and Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and questioning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with system users in a wide variety of roles and with varied technical skills.
- Highly organised, good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- An interest in and commitment to the ethos and work of Enclude.
Desirable
- Sectoral knowledge and experience.
