This role will involve working at pace to design & deliver bespoke programmes for marginalised groups, coordinate large scale Shared Learning events, Capacity building for Key Youth Workers and hosting Project Information and Engagement events. The Programme Executive will play a pivotal role within the OUR Generation team at Co-operation Ireland. The post holder will work as part of a team to ensure targets are achieved, designing bespoke programmes based on need, pairing groups for Cross border activities and completion of administrative duties associated.

There will be a considerable amount of development work required and this role is ideal for someone with Youth Work and/or Community & Voluntary sector experience who will adapt quickly to the needs of each group, with the ability to build quality networks and relationships.
