As we scale globally, we need a Marketing Manager who can amplify our voice, deepen our digital presence, and position JAM Card as the go-to inclusion solution for businesses and communities worldwide.
This brand-new role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of JAM Card. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a bold, inclusive marketing strategy that drives digital growth, builds brand equity, and positions JAM Card as a global leader in inclusive communication. You will work closely with the JAM Card team and Head of Communications to:
- Expand our digital footprint
- Build strategic campaigns
- Create compelling content
- Support commercial and social impact growth
Location: NOW Group Dublin, Arran Quay, Smithfield, Dublin, DO7E76E, Ireland
Reports to: Head of Communications
Hours: 30 hours a week
Salary scale: €50,000 per annum (pro-rata €40, 000 for 30 hours)

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and content strategy to grow brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage, curate and oversee content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand voice, optimised engagement, and channel growth.
- Coordinate and guide the production of video content, including interviews and testimonials, working with internal contributors and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop JAM Card for Business webinar event series to engage with customers and become expert voice
- Leverage data analytics to monitor and evaluate marketing performance, including email campaigns via Hubspot and Wix, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management and strategic use of video and photography assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign needs.
- Write and refine compelling copy for diverse marketing channels, including blogs, press releases, and campaign materials, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Plan, execute, and optimise monthly email marketing campaigns for JAM Card for Business customers, focusing on personalisation, engagement, and measurable results.
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing clear insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Represent JAM Card at events and tradeshows, leading lead generation efforts and ensuring seamless follow-up communications with prospective clients.
- Coordinate JAM Card Business launch events with external stakeholders, ensuring that brand awareness and engagement is optimised
- Support the Head of Communications in budget planning and management, ensuring marketing activities are delivered within budget and align with procurement processes.

Essential Criteria
- 3+ years marketing / communications experience with a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
- Demonstratable experience in capturing photography & video content, including editing skills
- Confident using social media platforms and implementing effective strategies to grow engagement
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Wix, Canva, Adobe or similar
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation
