The Digital Communications and Marketing Specialist will shape and deliver ARC’s marketing and digital communications activity.
Salary: The salary for this role is in the range of €50,000 - €60,000 depending on experience
Type: Full-time, permanent.
Location: This role will be mainly based in the ARC Centre on South Circular Road where the fundraising & communications team have an anchor day on Wednesdays. There is flexibility to work from home 2 - 3 days per week.

At a time of significant growth and ambition, ARC is focused on expanding its reach, increasing awareness of its services, and strengthening its fundraising to meet rising demand. ARC is now seeking a Digital Communications and Marketing Specialist to focus on building a strong, consistent presence across channels and connecting more effectively with clients, supporters and the wider community.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Digital Communications and Marketing Specialist will shape and deliver ARC’s marketing and digital communications activity. Taking a holistic and integrated approach, the successful candidate will develop and implement campaigns that raise awareness of ARC’s services, strengthen its online presence, and support fundraising growth. This will include ensuring a clear and consistent brand message, while building engagement with clients, donors and stakeholders through targeted, thoughtful communications.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, this role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across the organisation, ensuring that ARC’s work is communicated in a way that is both sensitive and impactful, while supporting participation in services and fundraising initiatives.
The role is broad in scope, spanning digital content, campaign development, brand management and stakeholder engagement. It will suit someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and can move easily between planning and delivery including developing ideas, bringing them to life, and continuously refining them based on insight and performance. Experience working in a similar role within the non-profit sector and an understanding of fundraising, would be a strong advantage.
