Free Inner Engineering Online training for Nonprofits
Isha Foundation, a nonprofit yoga organisation, is a hosting free Inner Engineering online course till the end of July. Derived from the science of Yoga, the program can establish and strengthen the inner foundation necessary to support your professional efforts and provide balance in your personal life during these challenging times.
Isha Foundation is delighted to offer the course to nonprofits for free (usual cost for the course is €150). The course is approved for 10.5 CPD credits. Many of those who have completed the course experienced heightened energy levels, improved resilience, improved communication and interpersonal relationships, better sleep pattern and less stress and anxiety.
