Training of Trainers preps for the journey of development education

Training of Trainers North West EditionDevelopment Perspectives an organisation that specializes in furthering development education on issues such as poverty, climate change and inequality is holding a programme called “Training of Trainers” commencing on April 10th to May 8th which is currently being planned as an online training in light of the current lock-down due to Covid 19. 

The “Training of Trainers”  is a programme that offers Adult and Community Education practitioners in the North West of Ireland an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Development Education in Ireland to develop an idea on how to implement it in their daily practice.

The training will involve four, online three-hour long workshops, one one-hour long individual coaching and mentoring session per person, and one two-hour long group coaching and mentoring session. It will be an exciting and good opportunity to expand knowledge and awareness, and to become multiplicators, for sustainable development and transformative change.
