Seminar on Domestic Abuse - A Co-ordinated Community Response
Westmeath Support Service against Domestic Abuse is delighted that Don Hennessy has taken time out of his busy schedule to come to Mullingar to present his new book, Steps to Freedom - escaping intimate control.
This is an excellent opportunity for us all to stop, think and consider how we view women who are abused by an intimate partner, to also look at how we view the perpetrator of these crimes. Participants will be learning in listening to Don's unique insight on this issue. Learning and insight that you can carry into your working and personal lives.
This seminar is essential for any professional who might be a first responder to a case of domestic abuse.
