The Breakfast Club to Focus on Leadership and Trust
Our next episode of the Leadership Series the Breakfast Club will be held on Thursday the 19 November 2026 at 10am. It will be an online event, and we will be exploring the very interesting topic of Leadership and Trust.
We’re curious to have a discussion on all the different ways leadership and trust intersect and we have questions like:
- How do we foster trust in our working relations, both internally and externally, and what are the advantages and risks of building trust?
- What role does trust play in psychological safety and why it is so important for leaders to understand?
- How do we navigate building trust but within the professional confines of discretion, confidentiality and transparency?
Well, we don’t know the answer, but we found two people who do!
We will be joined on the morning by two people with a great insight on how Leadership & Trust interact. Austin Campbell is the CEO of The Liberties Community Project and Aoife O’Brien is the founder of Happier at Work and host of the award-winning Happier at Work podcast and recently published her first book, Thriving Talent.
We hope you can join us for this online event, because who wants to travel on a wet November morning? The event is a 45-minute chat with the speakers followed by 40 mins to meet other people and discuss what you’ve heard. All the breakout rooms are facilitated by friends of the Breakfast Club so there will be no death-by-zoom-room. Not on our watch! So, grab a cuppa and come and listen.
Our events are open to anyone in the sector, including sector-interested, at any and all levels of their own leadership journey.
The events are free to attend; you just need to register here.
