Meeting of The Wheel’s Cuan-funded Member Network

Join us online on Thursday, 1 October, for a meeting of The Wheel’s Cuan-funded member network.

There are currently approximately 80 organisations in receipt of funding from the state agency Cuan for work on domestic, sexual and gender-based violence.

Meeting focus

  • Current funding, sustainability, and governance issues
  • The structure for ongoing work
  • The Kosi data gathering exercise outcomes
  • Ways to improve representation of Cuan-funded bodies on key issues, such as the WRC pay talks and upcoming government-union pay talks.

This will also be your space to share information with other members of the network.

John Gallagher

John Gallagher is The Wheel’s Public Affairs Consultant. John previously worked as a full-time journalist in national and broadcast media and subsequently in politics as part of the Rainbow government  (1994-97).

Lily Power

Lily Power is the Policy & Research Manager at The Wheel. Lily has a broad range of experience in the charity and voluntary sector, primarily in the area of arts and culture, having worked as Production Editor with Visual Artists Ireland for a number of years, and as a researcher on a range of projects for nonprofits and public bodies.
