Building Your Project’s Profile: Communications Tips & Tools

25 Nov 2026
Online
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Do you want to make your project communications and marketing more efficient, cost effective, and practical? Join this 3-hour workshop to explore practical tools and techniques to strengthen your project communications and marketing.

Instead of a training aimed at communications for long-term brand recognition, this session will focus on delivering effective communications for one-off, timebound projects on a limited budget. These would be projects where organisations are expected to roll out a brand within a few months of the start date, build brand recognition within one year, and wind down the project after two or three years.

During the workshop participants will explore:

  • How to roll out a project brand quickly and build recognition
  • What to consider to create a simple, practical project website
  • How to choose and use realistic KPIs to demonstrate communications and marketing impact
  • How to gather feedback from beneficiaries on project effectiveness.

Please note that breakout rooms will be part of the session to allow learner interaction and peer exchange.

This training is brought to you by Access Europe, an initiative of The Wheel funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
