I joined The Wheel in 2026 as Governance & Compliance Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in international development, governance and regulatory and donor compliance across field and head office roles.
Before joining The Wheel, I spent over ten years at Trócaire, most recently as Governance, Risk & Compliance Advisor. My background also includes programme and policy roles with Concern Worldwide in Sierra Leone and the European Commission in Brussels.
I hold an MSc in Conflict Resolution & Governance from the University of Amsterdam, along with PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualifications, a Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance from the Law Society of Ireland, and a Diploma in Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
As Governance & Compliance Manager, I support The Wheel in meeting its legal, regulatory and good governance requirements, working closely with the Board and Finance & Operations team and colleagues across the organisation on governance, compliance and organisational metrics.
