Hannah Gumbrielle (She/Her)

Digital Communities Project Officer

Back to our staff
Hannah Gumbrielle, A person with long dark hair and a denim shirt sits on a stone path, smiling at the camera. Behind them is a field of blooming wildflowers. The image is in black and white.

I joined The Wheel in July 2026 as the Digital Communities Project Officer, a PEACEPLUS-funded initiative developing solutions to increase digital inclusion in rural communities across Northern Ireland and cross-border areas.

Before The Wheel, my career focused on accessibility and the arts, working with organisations such as Connections Arts Centre, Arts & Disability Ireland, and Taking Flight.

Outside of work, I’m a circus coach and performer with over a decade of experience. In 2021 I co-founded Circus Club, a creative space for children with disabilities to explore circus arts, and in 2024 I wrote and performed Malignant Humour at Dublin Fringe Festival, which earned five stars from the Irish Times. When I’m not a few meters high in the air, I’m also a gardener and powerlifter.
