Advocacy and Campaigns Manager
I lead The Wheel’s work on campaigns and advocacy. This involves active engagement with its membership and a range of external stakeholders, as well as representing The Wheel and the community and voluntary sector in strategic spaces to further its goals.
I hold a Master’s in Human Rights and completed an LLM in International Comparative Disability Law and Policy at NUI Galway. I worked in the disability sector since 2012, with various organisations active at national, European, and international levels.
I previously worked with Inclusion Ireland. In 2024, I was elected Secretary General of Inclusion Europe, a European organisation representing people with intellectual disabilities and their families at the EU level.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing the guitar, tennis, hikes, singing and spending time with my family.
