iCommunity is where nonprofits and social enterprises in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland come together to collaborate, share best practices, and learn from one another to address shared challenges.

Our Across the Divides podcast launched with a 12-episode series on key cross-border challenges and is now expanding to include a new season on Shifting Tides, our creative climate action project engaging coastal communities around Carlingford Lough.
In addition, a Youth Voices season is in development, ensuring the perspectives of young people shape the future of cross-border collaboration.
The iCommunity Quarterly newsletter is now reaching over 700 subscribers, and continues to provide case studies, sign post funding opportunities, and share views and insights into impactful and potential partnering across the island.
iCommunity is a joint initiative of The Wheel and NICVA (Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action) and is supported by the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Shared Island Civic Fund.
Originally launched in December 2021 as part of Shared Island Week, the project continues to grow, providing a vital space for dialogue, partnership, and action.
