  • Summarise the CRA Governance Code – what it is, how it works and why it’s important 
  • Consider the action you need to take and the evidence you need to gather to demonstrate your compliance with the Code
  • Explain how you report your compliance to the Regulator as part of your annual return.
  • Discuss the consequences of submitting your return late or not at all and not declaring compliance with the Code.
