The Wheel Invites Organisations to Take Part in Pay & Benefits Survey

The survey is now open and forms part of The Wheel’s ongoing research into pay, benefits and employment conditions across the sector. The organisation has been publishing this research since 2008, with the aim of building a reliable and up-to-date picture of employment practices.

The survey will gather information that can help organisations benchmark salaries and benefits, identify emerging workforce issues and support future planning. Areas covered include pensions, flexible working and developments in employment legislation.

The Wheel said the findings will also contribute to the evidence base used in advocacy with government, funders and other stakeholders.

Organisations are asked to ensure that the survey is completed by someone with access to their full pay and benefits data. Where the recipient is not the appropriate person, The Wheel is asking them to pass the survey invitation to the relevant colleague.
