No. As this is a new website operating under a new platform, you will need to reset your password the first time you log in.

2. Click “Forgot Password”
3. Follow the instructions to set a new password
4. Log in using your email and new password

For Non-members of The Wheel/Visitors/Guests with a log in on the old website: If you are not a member of The Wheel, you will need to become a member and wait for approval to get a log in. There are no guest or non-member accounts on the new website.

Yes, you can browse the website as a guest without creating a user account. However, there are areas of the site that are only accessible to members.

We have a record of your subscription and will ensure the continuity of access for you. An email will be sent to you in relation to your subscription. Please check your junk folder in case it landed there. Open the invite and follow the prompts.

Only members of The Wheel with existing accounts will receive an invite to the new site. While non-members will be able to access the new website without needing to log in, they will have to become a member if they wish to access member-only content. Simply click on the ‘Become a member’ button on the homepage and follow the prompts to join The Wheel. You will need to select the appropriate membership application form for you.

Your registration will be reviewed before activation to ensure data accuracy and security. Your registration goes through the following process:

1. Your details are submitted via the website
2. They are sent to our system (Salesforce) for review
3. A staff member reviews and approves your information
4. Once approved, your account is created or updated
5. You will then receive an email to complete your membership payment or request an invoice
6. Once payment is received, your log in activated and sent to you by email.

Approval times may vary, but we aim to process registrations in less than 72 hours.

Yes, you will receive confirmation once your account has been approved and activated.
